Assistant Manager, Omnichannel

Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who will support our VP Omnichannel, Omnichannel Team, and cross-functional team members through strategy execution and management across channels including Pure Players, click to mortar and click to consumer.

This role deals with a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:

  • Support day-to-day Omnichannel account management, including case log monitoring, entering promotions, merchandising accuracy
  • Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and search tactics, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing & category management, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals
  • Assist in the development and execution of online and in store marketing campaigns
  • Support Omnichannel projects from planning to execution to post-launch evaluation
  • Understand and communicate brand messages on various online platforms
  • Work with cross functional teams to gather information needed for new item launches across various selling platforms and ensure strong SEO at launch with plans to analyze and optimization as performance ramps
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance
  • Proactively look for ways to track and improve internal projects, processes, and systems as well as develop Omnichannel best practices
  • Assist team members in preparation leading up to Omnichannel sales presentations
  • Pricing & MAP Policy tracking across online retailers

Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of eCommerce/Omnichannel experience preferably within the CPG industry
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook a must
  • Motivated
  • Detail Oriented
  • Creative, Intuitive, Proactive

Desirable

  • Amazon & Walmart experience plus
