Key Responsibilities

Ownership

This role deals with a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:

• Track on-time deliveries, prioritizing key accounts and those issuing compliance fines.
• Conduct root cause analysis of late deliveries in order to drive sustained improvement and maintain reporting tools regarding causes and overall performance.
• Support Customer Service in providing pro-active and thorough communication to Customers and Sales when delays occur, documenting such communication for potential future claims.
• Track OSD coming from customers to support root cause analysis and work with Operations Manager and 3PL on solutions.
• Coordinate with Deductions Analyst to track month over month deduction activity, providing root cause analysis and solutions to those causes. Report analysis to Operations Manager so solutions can be implemented with all appropriate parties.  Report overall fine activity monthly to track progress being made.
• Coordinate transfer orders between US and Canadian 3PL warehouses, including supply planning and filing Customs documents.
• Coordinate identified shipments outside the 3PL network that can be tendered to outside carrier partners. Provide pertinent info to carrier, track and communicate throughout process as needed.
• Based on warehouse inventory shortages reported by 3PL and/or Supply Chain, file and track loss claims in 3PL portal. Compare claims vs. payouts and verify loss allowance calculations.
• Work with Sales and Customer Service on projects, such as shippers, end caps and special orders. Coordinate the necessary operations associated with those events and communicate accordingly.
• Support other departments & MPM Systems partners with relevant action to sustain MPM’s day-to-day operation infrastructure (Sage, customer, EDI & warehouse data)
• Provide troubleshooting support for systems queries including Sage, EDI & 3rd party platforms (internal & external)
